Privacy policy
TorMotors 1C Backups (“the tool”) is an internal backup tool. Tor Motors operates the tool for its own use only.
Google user data that the tool accesses
The tool uses one OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. It accesses only the Google Drive files and folders that it created: the backup folder and the backup files in it. The tool reads their names, sizes, dates and checksums. It does not access other Drive files, Gmail, contacts, calendar or other Google data.
How the tool uses the data
The tool uses this access only to upload backup files, list them, check their checksums and delete expired backup copies that it created. It does not use the data for other purposes.
Storage and security
The OAuth token is stored only on the company computer, in a file that only the owner's user account can read. The backup files are stored in the owner's Google Drive. All transfers use HTTPS.
Sharing
The tool does not share, sell or transfer Google user data to third parties. The tool has no advertising, analytics or tracking. This website does not use cookies.
Retention and deletion
The tool keeps 7 daily, 4 weekly and 3 monthly backup copies. It deletes older copies that it created. The owner can revoke the access of the tool at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that, the tool cannot access Google Drive.
Limited Use
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by the tool adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.

TorMotors 1C Backups (далее — инструмент) — внутренний инструмент резервного копирования. Tor Motors использует его только для своих нужд.
К каким данным Google есть доступ
Инструмент использует одно разрешение OAuth: drive.file. Он работает только с файлами и папками на Google Диске, которые создал сам: с папкой копий и файлами копий в ней. Инструмент читает их имена, размеры, даты и контрольные суммы. К другим файлам Диска, Gmail, контактам, календарю и другим данным Google доступа нет.
Как инструмент использует данные
Только чтобы загружать файлы копий, получать их список, сверять контрольные суммы и удалять устаревшие копии, которые он создал. Для других целей данные не используются.
Хранение и защита
Токен OAuth хранится только на компьютере компании, в файле, который может прочитать только учётная запись владельца. Файлы копий хранятся на Google Диске владельца. Все передачи идут по HTTPS.
Передача третьим лицам
Инструмент не передаёт, не продаёт и не раскрывает данные пользователя Google третьим лицам. В инструменте нет рекламы, аналитики и отслеживания. Этот сайт не использует cookie.
Срок хранения и удаление
Инструмент хранит 7 ежедневных, 4 еженедельных и 3 ежемесячных копии. Более старые копии, созданные им, он удаляет. Владелец может в любой момент отозвать доступ инструмента на странице myaccount.google.com/permissions. После этого инструмент теряет доступ к Google Диску.
Ограниченное использование
Использование и передача информации, полученной от API Google, соответствуют правилам Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
Изменения
Если политика изменится, новая редакция появится на этой странице с новой датой.
